Jackson-Bibby Awareness Group, Inc. is a licensed DUI (Driving-Under-the-Influence) Education Program by the State of California and San Bernardino County, offering classes, counseling, and mentoring for both First DUI Offenders and Multiple DUI Offenders. Operating in San Bernardino, Riverside, and surrounding counties since 1981, our focus is on addressing the client’s needs as well as community welfare. We strive to highlight the adverse effects of drinking and driving on individuals, families, and the broader community. In collaboration with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and the Courts, we ensure compliance and aid in the process of regaining your driver’s license. Our team is here to guide you through the program effectively, promoting personal growth and positive lifestyle changes. All our managers and counselors are CATC and/or ACCBC Certified Addictions Treatment Counselors, and many hold additional licenses and certifications to address potential drug and alcohol addiction issues.
Program Offerings
3 or 4 Month First Offender Program
Tailored for individuals in Redlands, CA who are facing their first DUI offense with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) under 0.15%, this program varies from 3 to 4 months based on specific needs and includes a comprehensive 30-hour AB 541 alcohol education class. The program’s main objective is to educate and counsel participants about the broad-reaching impacts of DUI offenses on personal, family, and community levels.

12-Hour Wet Reckless Program
This program is for individuals convicted of reckless driving involving alcohol, with a BAC below 0.08%. It emphasizes the dangers of impaired driving, particularly its impact not just on the driver but on all road users.

9-Month First Offender Program
For individuals facing their first DUI offense with a BAC above 0.20%, this 9-month program includes extensive group counseling and education sessions centered on alcohol and drug awareness, encouraging responsibility and recognizing the hazards of drunk driving.

18-Month Multiple Offender Program
Specifically designed for those with more than one DUI offense, this program focuses on preventing future incidents. It includes group counseling, educational discussions about alcohol and drugs, and activities aimed at community reintegration.

In-person and Virtual Group Options
DUI education is available both in-person and online, providing flexibility to suit various learning preferences. Participants can choose between face-to-face sessions or virtual classes, accessible from anywhere via computer or smartphone.
All fees and mandated hours are county regulated/state approved and are the same for all programs countywide. Fees and program hours increased on July 1st, 2022 and not all other DUI provider’s websites reflect this change.
