Is Enrollment Notification Necessary?
No. We are a DMV-approved administrator, and on the day of enrollment, we will electronically submit your evidence of enrollment to the DMV. We will also notify your court of enrollment via mail on the day of enrollment as a courtesy. A copy will also be sent to you for your records.

How Does the 21-Day Rule Work?
If it has been 21 days since you last attended a scheduled activity, you will be removed from the program. Weekends and holidays are included in the 21-day period. Ask the administrative staff if you qualify for a leave of absence if you need to be absent from the program for more than 21 days.

What Evidence Does the Court Have That I Took the Class?
When the class is successfully completed, all students will get a Certificate of Completion. This diploma will be presented to the court as proof that you have met all of the requirements. It contains your name, birth date, course length and level, case information, address, and a verification number. We will mail it to you once it has been completed.
